An expert in strategy, finance and organisational transformation, Josephine N'Guessan has over 20 years of experience in General Management and Financial leadership roles across Africa and Europe. She has specialised in leading complex digital transformation projects, in particular the implementation of leading ERP systems and the deployment of business intelligence tools. Her international career gives her a 360° view of growth challenges in demanding multi-sector environments.

At QuanTech, Joséphine oversees finance, operations and operational efficiency. Known for her results-driven culture and as a true architect of transformation, she supports organisations in adopting innovative solutions to secure their decision-making and grow their profitability in an increasingly digital environment.

Joséphine holds a Master 2 in Finance and Information Systems from Toulouse School of Management (France) and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole (France).
